Why I Love What I Do.....

Being a wife and mother is a true blessing and one that I didn't truly realize until a few years ago.

I have been married to my sweetheart for years and we have sixteen and nine year sons.  I have always been a career mom climbing the corporate ladder (to no where) traveling for my job and providing the ability for my husband to stay at home and raise our boys.  I never thought anything about it until about 6 years ago when my husband pulled out the video camera and we started watching videos of when my youngest was just a baby.  He had taped him once a week for years, I realized just how much I had missed.

I wanted to be home more with my family but also understood that I needed to provide an income as well.  That's when I started my first business an online natural candle company and put my years of marketing and design skills to the test.  I was lucky because I had experience in both marketing and design and created all our materials and plans.  I was able to create an unique image for my company and grew it to over 500 sales reps across the us.  You never know what life will throw you and although I loved the business my career was out doing my business so I decided I had to focus on that.  Well 2008 it proved to be a great mistake when my company laid me off after 10 years of service.  What I thought was the end of the world became a true blessing.

I have always loved helping others and when I told my sons that I was looking for a job my youngest looked at him and said "please don't I really like you being home" the bond between my children and I, and my husband and I has grown so much the past few years while I have been home and I realized just how much of a blessing it was to be here for them whenever they needed me.

I wanted to give that same gift to other moms across the world and provide them with unique services and designs utilizing my talents, knowledge and gifts.  I know I'm able to do just that and create a change in the world that I've never been able to do before.
