1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the business I cannot issue refunds.

 

2. All web businesses are sold AS IS. Please contact me PRIOR to buying about any changes. Any customization will be billed at the hourly web maintenance rate of $35 per hour.

 

3. Our graphic designers retains the copyrights to their graphics, html code, template design and overall layout of the design. You the (client) will be granted a single use license to use the the specific design you purchased but are not given sole rights as the copyright remains property of our graphic designers. You the (client) may not duplicate or sell the work at any time unless you sell your website and the graphics and html are included in the sale. This is a one time sale and you the (client) must inform us of the sale so we can inform the new owner of our TOS.

 

3. Each web business will include credit links back to the graphic designer and Boutique Web Designs™. You agree not remove or alter these links in any way. We retain the right to place your link on our portfolio page.

 

4. You are responsible for setting up/transferring any dropship accounts over to your name. All contact information and dropship agreements will be provided with the sale of the web business.

 

5. Should you require our web maintenance services or help setting up your shopping cart you will provide Boutique Web Designs™ with access to your admin or shopping cart using your username and password.

 

6. Please check your site thoroughly, testing all areas for function and accuracy within 14 days. Any maintenance after this period of time will be billed at our current hourly rate.

 

7. If Boutique Web Designs™ is unable to communicate with a client on a project for a duration of at least thirty days (30) by phone or email during the development process, the project will be canceled without prior notice and all monies paid will be forfeited. 

 

9. Boutique Web Designs™ will not negotiate chargebacks with any person or company. Charge backs are not acceptable means of attaining a refund. To request a chargeback on your credit card for a valid transaction is considered fraud. Fraudulent credit card chargebacks will be aggressively prosecuted and reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. Should a chargeback be filed against Boutique Web Designs™, we will not hesitate to proceed with collection and legal action to recover funds.

10. By submitting your payment you are agreeing to all of the terms of service for Boutique Web Designs™. We reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
